Customer Journey

In 2018 we created our Customer Journey to to focus on improving our buyers' experience when purchasing one of our homes. The Customer Journey is designed with the following aims in mind:

  • To deliver a consistent, professional service to all customers
  • To deliver a high quality home at Legal Completion
  • To meet customer expectations
  • To ensure that all communication is consistent, clear and accurate
  • To ensure compliance with the Consumer Code
  • To ensure compliance with the NHBC Standards
  • To achieve the recognition that Accueil is a high quality, bespoke housebuilder which delivers an excellent product and exceptional customer service, both pre and post Legal Completion

Our Customer Journey consists of a number of stages to guide our buyers through the process of not only purchasing a home but also customising the property through the build phase.

Once the property has been certified and notice to complete has been issued we will meet up on site with you to talk through the features of your home including how to work the appliances, heating and hot water systems. Following legal completion we will be in touch after seven days and again after 28 days to check all is well and follow up on any necessary snagging.

As part our service to you we provide a 10 year NHBC Buildmark Warranty for your new home, the first two years are also covered by our Accueil Care service ensuring that the product you receive is up to standard. Our property management team will be on hand to assist you with any issues that you may encounter post-completion and get them resolved as quickly as possible.
